By scheduling or using services provided by Affordable Lawn Care LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Services

Affordable Lawn Care LLC provides lawn care and property maintenance services, including but not limited to lawn mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping, and seasonal cleanup. Services are provided as scheduled and may vary based on weather, property conditions, or other factors.

 

Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. Gates should be unlocked, and pets should be secured. Affordable Lawn Care LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to complete service due to lack of access.

 

Weather Conditions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions such as rain, storms, or unsafe ground conditions. If this occurs, services will be rescheduled as soon as possible at no additional charge.

 

Property Conditions

Affordable Lawn Care LLC is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or pre-existing property conditions, including but not limited to underground utilities, sprinkler heads, low-hanging branches, debris, or uneven terrain, unless caused by negligence.

 

Payments

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of service or billing. Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of future services.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service to avoid charges. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service refusal.

 

Liability

Affordable Lawn Care LLC is insured for general liability. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Affordable Lawn Care LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Satisfaction & Concerns

If you have a concern regarding service quality, you must notify Affordable Lawn Care LLC within 7 days of service so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

 

Changes to Terms

Affordable Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
